We don’t publish fixed packages or rate cards because no two events are the same. A sangeet for 200 guests in Hyderabad and a dealer meet for 600 in Bangalore have very different cost structures even when they share a production weekend. Every Nakshatra engagement is quoted from scratch, by the senior team that will actually deliver it.
1. Discovery — free, ~45 minutes
A short, unhurried conversation. We learn your dates, format, approximate guest count, must-have moments and any non-negotiables. We share examples of similar events we’ve produced, answer anything you want to know about how we work, and align on whether we’re the right fit before any paperwork.
2. Concept & written quotation — within 7 days
We send a written concept and a line-itemised quotation: creative direction, production, set, florals, AV, hospitality, content capture and contingency. Every line item is editable. We add and remove together until the budget and the design match what you actually want.
3. Engagement letter & retainer
On sign-off, we lock the calendar with a retainer and issue a signed engagement letter. Production begins immediately. Final balances are scheduled to event milestones, never delivered late.
What is included in our quotation by default
- Senior creative and production lead from kickoff to wrap.
- Vendor sourcing, contracting, scheduling and on-day management.
- Run-of-show with timed cue sheet, rehearsals, and a senior producer in the room.
- Content capture (photo + B-roll) and an editor’s cut on a 24-hour clock for corporate engagements.
- Travel and per-diem for crew where the event is outside our office cities.
What is typically a separate line
- Catering and bar — billed by the venue or partner caterer at cost.
- Premium photography or film by an outside studio of your choice.
- Talent and live-act fees.
- Statutory permits, security clearances and government liaison fees for public and civic events.
