Yamaha came to us with a clear brief: a dealer meet that felt like the brand and read on camera. We took an existing convention venue and rebuilt it around a single brand colour, a three-act run-of-show, and a reveal choreographed to the soundtrack.
Our team designed the stage, lighting, set graphics and IMAG; ran the registration and arrival journey; and shot the entire evening for next-morning editorial — internal comms, dealer WhatsApp, and a hero film for the brand's social.
Editor's-cut delivered T+18 hours. Post-event NPS recorded at 71. The dealer programme was shared with regional Yamaha leadership as a reference template for the 2025 cycle.
